At Two Flying Geese we want to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible. Packages are shipped out within 1-3 business days from when you place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted by email.


Shipping Information:

Shipping within Canada:

All packages are shipped via Canada Post. If your order is greater than $150 before taxes and after discounts, shipping is free. If your order is less than $150 before taxes and after discounts, shipping is a flat rate of $7.

Orders under 500g ship via lettermail and do not have a tracking number. Orders over 500g will come with a tracking number and have insurance up to $100.

Shipping to the USA:

The shipping and handling charge is a flat rate of $14 CAD. Estimated delivery is within 10-15 business days, excluding any time that your package may be delayed in Customs.

International Shipping (outside of Canada and USA):

Please contact us for shipping rates, giving details of your address and what you would like to order.


Customs, Duties and Import Fees:

Our shipping charge does not include any customs fees, duties or taxes placed on the package. These fees can vary depending on the state or country of destination and can vary widely. All of these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Lost Parcels:

Once your order has left our hands, we are no longer responsible for it. If your order is over 500 grams, you will have a tracking number to help locate that package from Canada Post. We do not cover the cost of lost parcels, or replace the order. If you want to purchase insurance for any order, please feel free to email us. 



If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a store credit. Please email us for details on how to return your purchase. Products must be returned unopened and in like-new condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and will not be refunded the original shipping cost. Your store credit can be spent at any future date.

If we have made an error with your order, please let us know and we will pay for return shipping and work with you to fix any problems.

Sorry, there are no returns on cut fabric, books and patterns.
