Why Should I buy from Two Flying Geese?

Support a Canadian business! We sell goods in Canadian prices and offer low shipping costs with no customs fees.

 

What length is the fabric sold in?

Fabric is sold by the ¼ metre. If you want 1 metre of fabric, you would put 4 in the qty box. 1/2 metre would be 2, 3/4 metre would be 3, etc.

1/4 metre cuts will be cut into fat quarters unless otherwise specified.

For our US customers:

1 metre equals approximately 39.5 inches.

¼ yard = .2 m

½ yard = .4 m

¾ yard = .7 m

1 yard = .9 m

 

What currency is your pricing in?

Our pricing is in Canadian dollars.

When will my order be shipped to me?

Your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days.

 

Where are you located?

We are located in Vancouver, BC, but we do all of our business online.

 

Do you have fabric swatches available?

Yes, because sometimes you can be unsure of what will work in your project. You can choose up to five free of charge. Please email us with any requests.

There are no returns on cut fabrics so if you are unsure about your choice, this is a good option. Also, we are great at helping you choose matching fabrics, so feel free to ask for help. Email us at info@twoflyinggeese.ca.

 

Do you keep our information private?

Yes. We are committed to keeping your information private. We do not share any of your information with outside parties.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website to pay for my purchase?

Yes. Our website is hosted by Shopify, which is PCI compliant.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that ALL companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. 

We do not store any credit card information.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we are required by law to charge taxes for Canadian residents. These taxes are adjusted to the current percentages for the province/territory that you live in.

 

International – we don’t charge any taxes.
